• Table reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the booked time unless we are informed of a delay.
• For restaurant bookings, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or late cancellations will incur a charge of €50 per person, which will be applied to the credit card on file.
• Bed bookings without prepayment will be held until 12:00 PM. Prepaid beds will be held until 3:00 PM.
• Refunds on bed bookings will only be issued if Dune Beach Marbella is unable to open. However, we will always do our best to accommodate our clients and provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
